The Cleveland Indians claimed Joey Butler off waivers, continuing their low profile offseason thus far. We also have our Top 10 Indians pitchers and Carlos Carrasco news.
The Cleveland Indians are bound to get a no-hitter next season now. Joey Butler was claimed off waivers from the Tampa Bay Rays. Butler was, of course, the one who broke up Carlos Carrasco’s no-hit bid with a single in the 9th inning las season. After batting .276 with eight home runs and 30 RBI in 88 games. At this point, it appears the Tribe are going to collect as many outfielders as possible, throw them against the wall and see who sticks.
