Corey Kluber won the 2014 American League Cy Young award back in November of last year, but it’s not like MLB has the plaque minted up and ready to go once the votes are tallied up — Kluber beat out Seattle Mariners’ ace Felix Hernandez by only 10 points, after all.
Kluber accepted the award this weekend in New York City as well, which was why he wasn’t at the Cleveland Indians TribeFest fan event at Progressive Field. Anyways, the plaque arrived in Cleveland today, and the Indians twitter account was happy to show it off:

The award has been pretty standard-looking throughout the years, so even though the subtle design is fitting for the Indians’ right-hander, who has earned a reputation among fans as being a man of few words and a stoic expression, it’s the same one every winner gets.
No matter what the projections say (or don’t say) regarding Kluber’s 2015 season, the award is still glorious.
