The Cleveland Guardians and Kansas City Royals will wrap up their three-game series on Thursday afternoon.

Despite the Guardians having a losing record, every game is important for them with the AL Central completely up for grabs. But, for the Royals, despite being in the worst division in baseball, their season is already over at 22-57.

Let's dive into the odds for Thursday's series finale.

Guardians vs. Royals odds, run line, and total

Guardians vs. Royals prediction and pick

The Guardians record hasn't been so hot, but we can't ignore their offensive production. Over the last 30 days, the Guardians are eighth in Major League Baseball and second in the American League, behind only the Rangers during that time span.

Now, they get to face one of the worst offenses in the Majors. The Royals rank 26th in OPS over the same time frame.

The pitching matchup is also completely one-sided. Shane Bieber is slated to get the start for the Guardians. Has hasn't faced the Royals yet this year, but he had a 1.02 ERA in three starts against them last season.

The Royals will roll with Zack Greinke, who has had a rough year to say the least. The Royals are 3-13 in his starts this season and he has a disgustingly bad 9.00 ERA in four starts in the month of June.

I see no reason why the Guardians can't run away with this matinee matchup.
