Zach Plesac gets the nod for the Guardians Saturday while Washington will be starting Chad Kuhl. Plesac is coming off a much needed bounceback performance in his last start, allowing just two runs on five hits in 7 innings against the Seattle Mariners. Seeing Plesac put the disastrous start in Oakland behind him was exactly what the Guardians needed. Kuhl has not enjoyed his start to the season, allowing nine earned runs in 10 innings. Walks were an issue in his last start as he gave four free passes to Colorado. The long ball has also been an issue for Kuhl, giving up three home runs in his first two starts.
