Who is the Guardians probable starting pitcher?

Tanner Bibee will take the ball to start for the Guardians Sunday. Bibee has been impressive so far, but his last start against Detroit did not go particularly well. The Tigers scored four times off of seven hits and four walks in just 3.2 innings against Bibee. The 24-year old rookie has shown he is capable of pitching better than that and will have to prove it against a significantly better Angels lineup.

Who will the Guardians lineup face?

Los Angeles is finishing their visit to Cleveland by starting their third consecutive left-hander in Patrick Sandoval. Sandoval has produced mixed results thorugh his first 37 innings of 2023. There have been five times that Sandoval has limited opponents to two runs or less, but it is the four and five run outings that have occured in two of his last four starts that shows he can give up his fair share of runs. The Guardians will have to hope their late offensive surge from last night carries over into today if they are going to come victorious when this game is through.
