Allen is coming off his worst start of the season, giving up seven runs on seven hits in 2.1 innings during an 11-7 loss to the Detroit Tigers. This is not too dissimilar to his previous outing against the White Sox, as five runs on seven hits came across to score in Allen's 4 innings on the mound. Cleveland is going to need a much better outing from Allen if they are going to leave with Chicago with a win before continuing their road trip.
