Reason 2 why the Guardians are not in the American League Central division race: The offense could return to it's former form

The first couple of months of the season were rough for the Guardians. Looking up most offensive stats and any involving power would find Cleveland at or near the bottom. This recent offensive outburst is great and incredibly encouraging, but they are still in relatively the same positions as they were before. Cleveland is last in home runs, 27th in runs, 28th in runs batted in, and 28th in slugging percentage. An extended stretch of good play is needed in order to see those numbers get into the Top-20 and that is when their recent uptick in performance at the plate can no longer be written off as an outlier.
