RHP Gavin Williams
After having an up-and-down start to his career, the 2025 season was Williams at the height of his powers, as he posted a 3.06 ERA in 167 2/3 innings while also coming within two outs of tossing a no-hitter against the Mets in August.
And the scariest part? There’s still room for him to grow. While Williams set career-highs in almost every big category, he also allowed a career-high 83 walks, which led all of baseball.
But that didn’t stop him from finishing with a stellar ERA and making a long overdue star turn thanks to his electric swing-and-miss stuff.
Williams finished the year in the 70th percentile in whiff rate along with being in the 65th percentile in strikeout rate and he recorded 59 strikeouts on his sweeper despite throwing it just 19.9% of the time.
The sky is the limit for the 26-year-old.
