Who is the Cleveland Guardians probable starting pitcher?

Logan Allen will start the first of three games scheduled to take place at Target Field between the Cleveland Guardians and Minnesota Twins. The Guardians are looking to get back into the win column after losing three straight to the Cincinnati Reds this past weekend.

Allen has allowed three runs or less in six of his past seven starts, with one seven-run outing against the Boston Red Sox being the game that prevents this from being a seven-game long streak. The 26-year-old left-hander will look to have another successful outing against Minnesota and continue to show that he has been one of the more effective pitchers in Cleveland's starting rotation.

Only two batters in Minnesota's lineup have recorded more than one hit off Allen in the past with Ryan Jeffers going 2-7 with a double and Willi Castro having a 2-9 line.

Who will the Cleveland Guardians lineup face?

The Twins are set to have Bailey Ober take the mound on Monday night against Cleveland. Ober has already faced the Guardians once this season, holding Cleveland to one run on eight hits in 7.2 innings. The Guardians are going to need a much better approach at the plate this time around if they are going to score more than a single run against Ober.

Jose Ramirez leads the way for Cleveland's hitters, going 7-22 with two doubles and a home run against Ober in previous meetings. Will Brennan has three hits in five at-bats, while Carlos Santana's two hits in 13 chances are the only other Cleveland hitters to record more than one hit when facing Ober.

Who is starting for the Cleveland Guardians today?
