OF Marty Cordova, 2001

The 1995 American League Rookie of the Year with the Twins, Cordova signed a contract with the Indians after a down season with the Blue Jays. Cordova went on to have one of the best seasons of his career, as he hit .301 with 20 home runs and 69 home runs to go along with a .506 slugging percentage, .805 OPS and an OPS+ of 122.

He went 3-for-12 in Cleveland’s five-game loss to the Mariners in the ALDS, and left for the Baltimore Orioles in the offseason.
