Cleveland Indians: Live thread for the 2018 season opener in Seattle

It is finally time to begin the 2018 season and the team here at Believeland Ball couldn’t be more excited. We hope you have enjoyed our coverage this offseason and that you will stick with us throughout the season.

One thing we want to do is have some live game threads for big games, where fans can interact with each other in the comment section of the post. This will be our first one of 2018, so please comment and share your thoughts with other Indians fans.

First, the starting lineup for the opener:

Stacked.

Add Michael Brantley to the mix and we are talking about one of the most unstoppable lineups in the league. Alright, I’ll hold in my excitement for now.

Please comment on this post and reach out to us on Twitter and Facebook throughout the game. I have seen some complaints about the late start but I also know that Indians fans will be up late and vocal for nine innings, or perhaps a few more.

The team is off tomorrow so tonight is the perfect night to go wild and maybe tell your boss you aren’t feeling well tomorrow morning.

This is the day we have been waiting for, so relax and enjoy it. I say that now, but I know a bad game will have me pacing tomorrow.
