The Cleveland Indians return home tonight in need of a spark. Here are three players who must step up during the weekend series against the White Sox.

With the way the Cleveland Indians have played over the past week, it is easy to say that everyone on the team is in need of stepping up.

An 11-3 loss followed by a  8-1 loss out in Colorado shows just how bad the last two games were, and how quickly the Indians must move past it beginning with tonight’s game against the Chicago White Sox.

While everyone must step up to make the last two games a distant memory, the stars on this team must wake up to help the turnaround.

Fans have seen this team play inconsistent baseball all season, which includes the inconsistent play of young stars like Francisco Lindor and Jose Ramirez, along with established players like Carlos Carrasco and Danny Salazar.

But that must change tonight and through the weekend, as the Indians must keep pace with the Minnesota Twins atop the AL Central. There are plenty of matchups remaining between the two teams, but falling into an early division deficit this early in the season would not be good.

That being said, here are three players who must step up and shine for the Indians over the weekend, hopefully sparking the rest of the team to do the same.
