, seems to be nearing joining the Indians. But the Tribe have a solid shortstop already in

Jose Ramirez

Speaking of the Central, the Detroit Tigers could get either one–or both of their stars back for Opening day. Miguel Cabrera and Victor Martinez are on track to get regular action for the remainder of the spring. Whether it’s enough to have them back with the Tigers for the opener is yet to be seen. But it’s good news for the Tigers, not so much for everyone else.

With less than two weeks till Opening Day, things are starting to get interesting around the league. Surprise moves, cuts and keepers will be made in the coming week, adding to the excitement of the approaching season.
