First he makes his major league debut, then he is named to the AAA All-Star game, and now Jesus Aguilar has been chosen to participate in the AAA Home Run Derby. Â He is one of only three sluggers from the International League to be selected to participate along with three members of the Pacific Coast League. Â The event takes place on July 14th at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, home of the International League Durham Bulls.
Aguilar is hitting .278/.378/.478 with 12 HR, 15 2B and 46 RBI in 71 games for the Columbus Clippers.  He’ll look to put on a show for fans and maybe even win a guy a steak in the process:
