Indians Closer, John Axford, Has Perfect Oscar Ballot

Just when you think you’ve seen it all, something else comes along and completely surprises you. Case in point, John Axford‘s affinity for movies and his ability to predict the winners on the Oscar ballot. After scoring a perfect record on this year’s installment of the Oscar’s, all that’s left to say is, can John Axford pick my March Madness bracket this year? What about the winners of the next major election? Do John Axford’s predictive powers expand beyond trivial things? What about the lottery.

Anyways, as you may or may not have heard by now, John Axford accurately predicted who would win each and every award at Sunday’s Oscar ceremony. It’s an impressive feat considering that there are upwards of 18 awards and there are almost always some surprises. Not for Axford, though. He was unflappable as he explained how he made his picks and how the evening played out. You can watch video of the press conference below.
