Last night, following the Indians 4-2 loss to the Tigers, debate broke out on Twitter between fans and a few of the writers here at Washoo’s on First about whether or not Lonnie Chisenhall should have bunted in the ninth inning with Drew Stubbs on second and no one out. He didn’t, the run never scored and the Indians lost. Here is what unfolded.
@DieHardNight @EdTheRevelator @dangauntner How is he supposed to earn that trust with no opportunity given?

@BoverouxMedia @EdTheRevelator @dangauntner i'll give you that one. but when did bunting become rocket science?

@EdTheRevelator @dangauntner the bunt doesnt have to be perfect. giving away outs early is dumb. doing it late, justifiable. #wahoosfighting
