NEWS:
- Johnny Damon sported a Tribe jersey for the first time on Wednesday in Chicago. He left the game early but was back in the lineup again on Thursday and got his first hit as an Indian.
- To make room for Damon on the 25-man roster, Jose Lopez was designated for assignment.
- There is a new addition to Progressive Field for Indians fans to enjoy. On Sunday, the Tribe unveiled the “Indians Kids Clubhouse.” The new family-friendly addition allows fans with children to enjoy the game while their children play baseball-oriented games.
- On Saturday, the Indians announced that Zach McCallister will get one of two starts during the Tribe’s double-header on Monday.

WEEKLY TRIVIA:
- After recording saves in three consecutive games on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Chris Perez led the majors with 10 saves on the year (he got No. 11 Sunday).
- Heading into Saturday’s game, Carlos Santana had caught five of 12 would-be base-stealers, or 41.7 percent. That put him third among AL catchers.
- Heading into the fourth week of the season, the Indians were stuck in a power draught, their last home run coming on April 17. The 11-game homerless streak came to an end on Tuesday when Duncan went deep off Will Ohman in the seventh inning.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Jason Kipnis
Kipnis was on fire at the plate in the last week. Kipnis led the Tribe in many offensive categories while coming through in clutch situation. His biggest game was the finale of the series with the White Sox, when he went 2-for-3 with a home run and a triple. He hit his second homer of the week Sunday off Yu Darvish.
